He previously served as Manager of Clinical Services at Hazelden Betty Ford, where he led outpatient and virtual programming, launched new programs, and developed teams to strengthen care delivery and patient outcomes. Danny is passionate about Motivational Interviewing and family-centered care, believing that real, lasting change happens when people feel heard, respected, and empowered to find their own reasons for change.
