1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at fcsinterventions.com and any related pages, forms, content, and communications offered through it (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Family-Centered Services, LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Family-Centered Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with us through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. If You Are in Crisis

The Site is not a crisis service and is not monitored around the clock.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or is at risk of harming themselves or others, do not use this Site to seek help. Call 911 immediately.

You can also reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Contact forms, email, and text messages sent through or in connection with the Site are not monitored continuously and should never be used to report an emergency or an urgent clinical concern.

3. Informational Purpose Only; No Clinician-Client Relationship

The content on the Site, including articles, resources, assessments, service descriptions, and educational materials, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, psychiatric, psychological, clinical, or legal advice. The Site does not diagnose any condition, recommend any course of treatment, or substitute for consultation with a qualified licensed professional.

Using the Site, submitting an inquiry, completing an assessment, or otherwise communicating with us through the Site does not create a clinician-client, therapist-patient, or professional relationship between you and Family-Centered Services or any of its clinicians. A professional relationship is established only through a separate, signed written agreement and completion of our intake process.

Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read on the Site.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Recovery, treatment, and therapeutic outcomes vary from person to person and from family to family. Family-Centered Services makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the results of any service, intervention, referral, assessment, or resource described on the Site. Any testimonials, case descriptions, or outcome narratives appearing on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a prediction or promise of the results any other individual or family will experience.

5. Licensing and Scope of Practice

Family-Centered Services provides services through masters-level licensed clinicians and credentialed professionals. Our clinicians are licensed in specific jurisdictions, and the availability of clinical services depends on your location, applicable state licensure requirements, and clinical appropriateness.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as an offer to provide clinical services in any jurisdiction where we are not licensed or otherwise authorized to practice. Educational content, general information, and non-clinical services are not limited in this way.

6. Eligibility and Permitted Use

The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, please use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Submit information about another person without that person’s knowledge, except where you have the legal authority to do so
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any connected system
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the operation of the Site
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect content or contact information from the Site
• Reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content except as permitted in Section 9

7. Information You Submit

When you submit information through a contact form, assessment, intake request, or similar feature, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

Please do not submit sensitive clinical details, diagnoses, treatment history, or other detailed health information through website forms, email, or text message. These channels are not encrypted end-to-end and are not appropriate for detailed clinical disclosure. We will direct you to a secure channel once contact is established.

Our collection and handling of information submitted through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, referenced in Section 12.

8. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms

You will receive text messages from Family-Centered Services only if you text us first at (509) 968-7351, or if you check the text messaging consent box on one of our website forms. We do not text any number that has not opted in by one of these methods.

Program description. Messages may include appointment scheduling and confirmations, responses to inquiries you initiate, coordination of intervention or treatment logistics, care navigation updates, and administrative information relating to services you have requested.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. Messages are generally sent only in response to an inquiry you have initiated or in connection with services you have requested.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Family-Centered Services does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

To opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages from that number. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent to that number. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of phone calls or email, and it does not cancel any service you have requested.

For help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (509) 968-7351.

Consent is not a condition of service. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to receive services from Family-Centered Services. You may ask us at any time to communicate with you only by phone or email.

Delivery. Text message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Family-Centered Services is not liable for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Do not use text messaging for emergencies. See Section 2.

Do not send detailed health information by text message. See Section 7.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, articles, graphics, photographs, logos, wordmarks, page design, and the arrangement of that content, is owned by Family-Centered Services, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print Site content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, republication, distribution, or use in any commercial or clinical setting, requires our prior written permission.

The “Family-Centered Services” name and associated logos are marks of Family-Centered Services, LLC and may not be used without permission.

10. Third-Party Content, Links, and Referrals

The Site may link to or reference third-party websites, treatment facilities, providers, organizations, tools, or resources. These links and references are provided for convenience and information only.

Family-Centered Services does not control third-party sites or services, does not endorse the entirety of their content, and is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, privacy practices, quality of care, or business practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

Where we assist families in identifying or navigating to treatment options, that assistance is a professional service governed by a separate agreement, not by these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Family-Centered Services disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free of harmful components. We do not warrant that content on the Site is complete, current, or accurate as applied to your particular circumstances.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Information you provide in the course of receiving clinical services from Family-Centered Services is protected health information governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided separately during intake. Our Notice of Privacy Practices, not these Terms, governs the handling of that information.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Family-Centered Services, LLC and its members, clinicians, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or any content on it, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability arising from the provision of professional clinical services, which is governed by separate agreements and by applicable professional and licensing standards rather than by these Terms.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Family-Centered Services, LLC and its members, clinicians, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

15. Changes to the Site and to These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version in effect, and the Effective Date above reflects when it was last updated. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of them. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Family-Centered Services regarding your use of the Site. They do not govern or modify any separate written agreement for clinical or professional services.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
