Brittany is a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, EMT, and Peer Recovery Coach who combines emergency services experience with a compassionate, self-awareness-based approach to addiction recovery.

Brittany Russell is a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, EMT, and Peer Recovery Coach currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Addictions Counseling at Grand Canyon University.

With over 12 years of experience in emergency services, she has witnessed firsthand how unconscious beliefs, conditioning, and life experiences can shape the choices we make and the challenges we face. She believes that when we become aware of these patterns, we gain the power to create a new narrative and reclaim our sense of agency.

Brittany is passionate about redefining addiction at its core—not as a moral failing, but as an invitation to deeper self-awareness and healing. Through a compassionate and growth-oriented approach, she helps individuals uncover the stories that no longer serve them, align with their values, and transform adversity into opportunities for personal and spiritual growth.

At the heart of her work is the belief that lasting change begins with self-awareness, and that every person has the capacity to rewrite their story, cultivate meaningful relationships, and create a more fulfilling life.
